ENHANCING MEANINGFUL PARTICIPATION AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN’S EQUALITY AND RIGHTS (EMPOWER) PROJECT
Enhancing Meaningful Participation and Opportunities for Women’s Equality and Rights (EMPOWER) is a one-year advocacy project being implemented in Chibombo district by Archie Hinchcliffe Disability Intervention (AHDI) in partnership with Zambia National Association of Women with Disabilities (ZNADWO). It is supported by the Women and Girls Fund (WGF) under the Scottish Government. Local partners managing the fund are Forum For African Women Educationalists of Zambia (FAWEZA) and Ecorys.
The Project seeks to improve access to inclusive education and economic empowerment opportunities for women and girls with disabilities in Mungule Ward, Chibombo District.
